USPAP Compliant In-Person / Field Appraisal.

We travel to the aircraft, review all logs and records, check history including reports, determine condition and value of entire aircraft including all avionics, equipment and features. Next, we research the competitive market, evaluate your aircraft using the comparatives, Aircraft Bluebook, Vref Price Index, other available software and then input into our own Aircraft Valuator to assign a credible value. Our appraisals are accepted by banks, courts and others.

USPAP Compliant Desktop / Hybrid Appraisal.

A Desktop or Hybrid Appraisal is made from the office, usually with the assistance of third-party information thus reducing travel expenses. You can still expect a review of all logs, records, avionics, equipment and features plus history report and we research the market. Next, your aircraft is evaluated using the comparatives, Aircraft Bluebook, Vref Price Index and our own Aircraft Valuator software to assign an expected value.

Aircraft Market Value Opinion (MVO)

An Aircraft Market Value Opinion is made from our office based upon the information you supply and occasionally information from others. Even though not a USPAP Compliant Appraisal Report, the Aircraft Market Value Opinion is NOT a simple book evaluation. We determine as much as possible regarding condition, history, avionics, equipment and features. Next, we research the competitive market, then evaluate your aircraft in comparison using a similar formula to the services above but at a much reduced cost to you.

Book Values Only (BVO)

A Book Values Only Opinion is made from our office based upon the information you supply only and not an in-depth report. It is not USPAP Compliant Appraisal Report, but only input into commercial book value software regarding flight hours, avionics, equipment and features. These indicators are lagging, highly subjective and should be considered as a a broad value range estimate.
